Mindfulness is an ancient skill that is increasingly recognised as a powerful tool for engaging with the challenges of modern lives.

A course in progressAt Breathworks Cardiff we teach Mindfulness Based Strategies for anyone living with chronic pain or illness. Our courses are also for anyone dealing with stress, anxiety or depression, or wanting to live a richer life with greater initiative and confidence.

Services Available

At present, the core of our work entails delivery of 8 week mindfulness courses. However, we also provide mindfulness seminars and taster days to various organisations. If you would like us to deliver a presentation and/or experiential workshop to your organisation, please contact us to discuss dates and fees.

Breathworks is an international network of mindfulness trainers, all of whom are experienced in the practice of meditation and mindfulness.
