Drop-in SessionsKaren will run the sessions first Tuesday of each month (closed August)A great opportunity to refresh your practice and meet with others who have completed one of our courses. Many of our course participants are concerned to have support in place to help them maintain a regular mindfulness practice, once their course comes to an end. Our response to this request is our drop-in sessions. These are open to anyone who has completed one of our 8 week living well programmes.It is a chance to ask questions about the course material or to discuss issues arising from practice. Most importantly, it provides a context for meditating with others and revisiting other elements of the course. If you struggle to keep up a regular practice at home or you have lost touch with what you were taught on the course, you will find these sessions helpful. There is no need to book or to attend regularly. Just come along when you can to share an oasis of tranquility in an otherwise busy week. Please arrive by 12.55pm, as the session will start promptly at 1.00pm, finish 3.30pm.The event will take place regardless of the number of people attending.Cost: £4 per session.
