I had been practicing and teaching mindfulness meditation for a number of years before I became involved with the Breathworks programme in 2006.

I began supporting courses and practicing the techniques in my daily life. It became apparent very quickly how mindfulness as taught by Breathworks could help me live my life and help others through becoming a Breathworks trainer.

I became accredited in early 2009 and have enjoyed delivering courses. My teaching style is relaxed and informal and very much driven and inspired by my personal experience of life and the mindfulness techniques used in courses.

I have a particular interest in how mindfulness can be taught to and used by those people living and dealing with stress anxiety and depression.
