LOVED THE COURSE? FINDING IT HARD TO KEEP UP THE PRACTICE? MINDFULNESS DAYS ARE FOR YOU!!

We usually run 3 mindfulness days each year. They take place between 10.30am and 3.30pm and are open to anyone who has completed one of our living well courses. Mindfulness days are a delight! They are a way of re-connecting with people you may have met on a course and of meeting other mindfulness practitioners, from other courses.

This opportunity for networking can help to build resolve to maintain your own practice. Daily meditation can be a challenge to establish and maintain. Knowing that there are others in the community trying to do what you are doing is encouraging and supportive.

Please bring a vegetarian dish to share for a 'pot-luck' lunch.

Price £40 (unwaged concession £20 upon application).

Early booking is recommended, as places are limited and the event always books to full capacity.
